It's been a while. So what the hell is going on you ask? Well we have almost finished recording the our last 3 songs. When will these be out? hopefully by the end of the year or January 2006. These 3 songs will be part of a split CD with our good friends Fight Amputation, who will also have 3 songs on it.

What else is happening? Rebecca and Adam are still playing with Flowers in the Attic who just returned from their 6 week US tour. Allen, me and Rebecca are also starting a new band that will hopefully have a record out by the end of the year and be ready to play shows.

more info when it gets to me.

still gathering all sorts of photos from the last show. if you have any you want to share with us, then drop me an e-mail at henry@dead-city.org.

in other news, here is a great review of our 7" from a website called Hardcore Music.be (http://www.hardcoremusic.be/reviewse.php)

Exosus are a 5-piece band out of DC. They formed in 2002 and since then have had more line up changes than most bands have in their entire career. Hopefully they have reached a solid line up now because it would be a great shame to lose such a promising band so soon. When I first heard this 7" it almost tore my throat out with its ferocity and now after listening to it numerous times it still does the same. So a big thumbs up there. It's rare to find music that doesn't lose its impact after a few listens and that is certainly true of this. The kind of music Exosus play is extremely brutal, if I was to use musical terms to describe it I would say it definitely contains elements of punk, hardcore, grind, metal and noise. At points it comes off like a strange cross between Pig Destroyer and Cursed. I have to say the packaging of this 7" is amazing the vinyl itself is blood red and as for the sleeve well, check the label website to see that because I don't think I can do it justice. If you buy vinyl at all I strongly recommend this! The music rules and the packaging is awesome, a win-win situation.
